When the Chester County Council of the Boy Scouts of America wanted to re-design the Cub Scout camping experience at Camp John H. Ware, they selected Remington Group, now Avison Young, to develop a program for re-developing the camp and then overseeing the execution of the plan.
The re-design of the camp included a new staff city, new trading post and administration building, a new cub town building two Webelos camp sites and renovations to the existing dining hall. To complicate matters, the effort involved three sites on two sides of a river in two states, three counties and five municipalities.
