ChesMont Valley Ventures recently expanded a Medical Office Building at Phoenixville Hospital, a member of the Penn Cancer Network. The expansion accommodates the Cancer Center’s new Varian TruBeam Linear Accelerator. The TruBeam replaced the Center’s aging radiation therapy machine, bringing cutting-edge and improved precision technology into their oncology practice.
Remington Group, now Avison Young, oversaw the construction of the vault that houses the linear accelerator, two modular units which fit together with the vault to create a control room and ancillary patient space and renovations to the Cancer Center’s existing lobby.
