The East Village Apartments project at West Chester University includes five, new, three-story apartment buildings housing 264 beds. This project is an expansion of the existing Village which houses 524 beds. There were also renovations to the existing clubhouse, including an upgraded fitness center and a food service facility.
After the success of the original Village project, Remington Group, now Avison Young, was retained to guide University Student Housing (USH) through the expansion process from design through close-out.

The Village Expansion was move-in ready for students arriving for the 2013 fall semester and our oversight saved USH nearly $150,000.
