Construction is both resource and time intensive. Our role during this phase of your project is to maintain the forward momentum and financial health of the overall effort.

During Construction, we will:

  • Manage construction bidding and contracting
  • Review quality and completion of work against the design documents and contract terms
  • Review invoices and payment applications
  • Track actual project costs against original budgets
  • Identify and evaluate additional costs, including negotiating change orders
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Resolve issues
  • Report to you and your stakeholders
