We have all heard of the Freshman 15, where you essentially gain 15 lbs at school. Well we’ve dubbed the term #Quarantine15, describing weight gain while working from home. Here are tips on how to avoid the extra gains and other self-care resources.

Snacks and food are at your disposal.
- Drink more water to suppress your appetite.
- Try to eat healthy meals and snacks.
- Remember, moderation is key.
- Don’t be afraid to have a cheat day.
Stay active with theses moves while the gym is closed.

Beauty Salons and Barber shops are closed. Oh no!
This is the perfect time to not worry about what others think of your appearance or attempt hair maintenance yourself and try to avoid being added to the social media #HairFail “scroll of fame”.
The general consensus among peers is to, “Keep a routine! Try to do what you did before the stay-at-home mandates and modify when necessary.
